Question 01 : The user mistakenly removed authenticator app from its mobile phone, and now the Additional security verification option is unavailable to configure it again. How it can be managed?
Answer : Sign in the Additional security verification page and configure the verification option from there.
Question 02 : How can I disable the MFA from a user account.
Answer : There are two ways someone can disable MFA from a user account.
- From the Azure Portal, select Azure Active Directory – Users – Multi-Factor Authentication
Select the user and on the right-hand menu select disable (the user in my example is already disabled)
