Hey folks! This short guide describes how to share a canvas app with other users or groups within an organization or outside of it.
Let us see the steps to share a Power Apps app below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Power Apps portal from https://make.powerapps.com
Step 2: On the left-hand side blade, go to Apps and select the app you want to share and click the … dots.
Select Share
Step 3: Search for the user or security group you want to share the Power Apps app with and select Share.
