If you get emails with important attachments such as invoices or reports and you have to save them manually, this Power Automate flow will help. It automatically saves files to a OneDrive folder whenever you receive an email with an attachment.
To begin with, navigate to onedrive.microsoft.com
In the top-left menu, choose + Create or upload, and choose Folder.

Give the name Invoices and choose Create to create the OneDrive folder that will be used to store your flow attachments.

Now that the OneDrive folder is in place, let’s create the flow.
Go to https://make.powerautomate.com/ and sign in.
Select Create, then Automated cloud flow

Type a Flow name, such as “Save email attachments to OneDrive folder“, search for and choose the trigger “When a new email arrives (V3)” and tap the Create button.

Open the trigger’s settings and update the parameters below as the image depicts: To, Subject Filter; set Include attachments to Yes and Only with Attachments to Yes.

Select + to add a new step. Search for Create file (OneDrive for Business connector).

Configure the action parameters, such as Folder Path (choose the folder you created in the previous step), File Name (choose from the dynamic content list the Attachments Name), and File Content (choose the Attachments Content)

After you add the Create file action, the For Each action box will automatically appear to handle emails with more than one attachment.

Now let’s save the flow and test it.
To test it, send an email to the email address configured in the To field on the trigger.

The flow ran successfully; to verify it, check the OneDrive “Invoices” folder.

To summarize, the flow ran without errors and three new files were stored in the OneDrive folder.
